The contract period may be extended later subject to a decision by the concerned authority.

Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years of age. Permanent residents of all districts of Bangladesh can apply, and both men and women are eligible. Candidates with previous experience working through outsourcing arrangements at government or autonomous institutions may receive preference.

There is no provision for online applications for this recruitment. Candidates must complete the prescribed application form and submit it either by post or directly to the concerned office. Most importantly, no application fee is required.

To apply, candidates must collect the prescribed application form from the National Institute of Youth Development's website and print it on A4-size paper. Therefore, the recruitment offers candidates with limited educational qualifications an opportunity to gain contractual work experience at a government institution. The notice is particularly significant for people with practical experience in fields such as plumbing, cooking, assistant cooking and gardening.

After the applications are scrutinized, further instructions regarding written and oral examinations will be provided to eligible candidates. Examination schedules may be communicated to candidates via SMS on their mobile phones. Relevant information will also be published on the website of the National Institute of Youth Development.
